A new iPic theater has broke ground in downtown Delray Beach, just south of Atlantic Avenue. According to the The Palm Beach Post the 50,000 square foot complex, called 4th & 5th Delray, is officially under construction as of last week by developer Samuel & Associates. A contributed rendering of the theater complex planned for downtown Delray Beach shown above. The theater will have 528 seats with eight movie screens, and a 326-space garage open to the public. In typical iPic fashion, guests will be able to enjoy plush seating, gourmet light bites & cocktails, plus in-theater service. After three years of back-and-forth, the people of Delray Beach are finally getting their very own luxury movie theater.
